Ghost Tours A deviation from the conventional story-telling
tour, Orlando Ghost Tours takes you on a walking tour of the
downtown Orlando area, stopping at a great many buildings along
the way and recounting all of the stories and history associated

Mansion is a 135 year-old home located in Alton, IL. It has not been occupied
for over 50 years and is in need of considerable restoration. When
just about any native of the Alton area thinks of a haunted house,
normally one name comes to mindthe infamous MCPIKE MANSION
on Alby Street. There are many accounts of strange encounters in
the house.

history and the famous building known as Waverly Hills Sanatorium.

Indiana Pioneer Cemeteries Restoration Project The state of Indiana is home to thousands of abandoned or neglected
pioneer cemeteries, the oldest of which now approach 200 years.
The goal of this project is to identify, protect, restore and preserve
as many of these cemeteries as possible.
The
Association for Gravestone Studies (AGS) was founded in 1977
for the purpose of furthering the study and preservation of gravestones.
AGS is an international organization with an interest in gravemarkers
of all periods and styles. AGS promotes the study of gravestones
from historical and artistic perspectives, expands public awareness
of the significance of historic gravemarkers, and encourages individuals
and groups to record and preserve gravestones.
